Gus Kaloti is a best-selling author who advises and leads organizations across industries, from professional-service organizations such as dental and healthcare practices to real estate development and engineering.
He has been developing real estate since 2001 and is co-founder and CEO of Leaders Investment Group. He is also CEO of Pura Vida Engineering and formerly owned Inovia Healthcare. Over his career he has owned and built many companies across a range of industries. He graduated from college at eighteen and went straight into operational oversight of a million-dollar healthcare practice. He went on to own a dental services organization with multiple practices across four states and more than one hundred direct employees. He named Inovia Healthcare for innovation, vision, and action.
He holds a BBA with honors in Operations Management from Eastern Michigan University, attended the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership and Operations Management Program. He also earned a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School (2015), and his legal training shapes how he approaches contracts, risk, and negotiation.
